Partner brief — 01Who this is for

Built for the agencies who sell the strategy — and need the floor.

White label SEO for agencies works because the problem is always the same shape: you have already sold the strategy, and someone has to do the optimisation. If you have ever nodded along in a client meeting while quietly panicking about who that someone is, this desk was built for you. Four types of partners run their SEO through us; none of their clients know we exist.

What they share is a decision: keep the revenue they already sold instead of refusing work they cannot staff. Some came after a bad freelance experience burned a client. Most came because one honest look at the market said the same thing — in Dubai, an agency without an SEO answer is an agency with a ceiling.

Web design studios

Your client just asked for SEO. Again.

You ship beautiful sites; we make them rank — starting with the ones already live.

02

Retainer's fine — until they ask about Google.

Keep the feed; we take the search column off your plate and your P&L.

03

Freelance marketers

You can sell it. You can't deliver 40 hours of it.

One freelancer + a 40+ person bench beats hiring a department you cannot bill yet.

The RFP has an SEO line item. Now you have a partner.

Government and enterprise tenders ask for SEO. We are the line item that delivers.

Partner brief — 01bThe short version

What is white label SEO, and how does a reseller partnership actually work?

White label SEO is an arrangement where one agency delivers search work that another agency sells under its own name. Your client signs with you, pays you and sees only your brand; the delivery team sits behind a mutual NDA and never appears. Arab SEO is a white label SEO agency in Dubai that has run this for 214 client accounts since 2016, invoicing partner agencies at a reseller rate while they bill their own retail price and keep the spread.

A naming note, because the market splits on it: “white label SEO” and “SEO reseller” describe the same model. Some agencies search for one phrase and some for the other, and providers list both to catch both. If there is any distinction in practice it is emphasis — reseller language tends to foreground the pricing arrangement, white label the branding — but the contract, the delivery and the confidentiality are identical. Nobody should be quoting you differently for the two.

What makes SEO reseller services in Dubai different from importing delivery from elsewhere is the part most partners come to us for after trying: bilingual work. google.ae is a two-language auction, so native Arabic content, RTL technical SEO and map-pack work in both languages are baseline capabilities here rather than upsells. Where a partner needs to prove the case before signing a client, we produce the audit in their brand.

Partner brief — 02The commercial case

The margin math your accountant will love.

White label works because it moves SEO from a fixed cost to a variable one. You add a client, margin arrives; you lose one, the cost leaves with it. No recruitment cycles, no senior hire you must keep billable, no tools sitting idle between contracts.

The model is simple: you invoice the client at your retail rate, we invoice you at the reseller rate, and the spread is yours. Everything below runs on that one line.

Compare that to the build-it-yourself version. A single SEO hire needs recruiting fees, three months of ramp, AED 4,000 a month in tool licences and a manager to keep them billable — before a single ranking moves. Ours starts at AED 2,400, on a client who has already signed, with a 40+ person team from day one.

Partner brief — 06Process

How the partnership works.

No procurement maze, no three-week onboarding. Most partners move from first message to first deliverable inside a week, and the five steps below are the entire ceremony.

Notice what never appears in the process: a step where we meet your client. Every artefact — the proposal, the audit, the monthly deck — is produced in your brand and handed to you to present. If you want us in the room, we come as your team. If you would rather we stay invisible, most partners run for years on step four alone.

  1. STEP 01

    Sign the NDA

Mutual, plain-English, inside 24 hours of your first message.

  2. STEP 02

    Intake call

30 minutes on your agency, your clients and what you have already sold.

  3. STEP 03

    Scope at reseller rate

Proposal built in your template, priced at the partner rate, margins shown.

  4. STEP 04

    We deliver, you brand

Sprints, fixes and reports ship under your name with senior QA on each.

  5. STEP 05

    Optional joint review

Monthly call where we sit in as your SEO department — or stay invisible.

Partner brief — 07Reseller rates

Reseller pricing that drops as you grow.

Per client, per month, in AED. You set the retail price — typical agency retail in Dubai runs AED 4,500–8,000 a month — and the spread between your invoice and ours is your margin.

Partner brief — 08Time to first deliverable

Your first client, live in 7 days.

The fastest way to test us is to bring us a deal that is already warm. A client who said “we should do SEO” in your last meeting can be kicked off within the week — with a white-labelled audit in hand that makes the sale for you.

Everything on this timeline is a fixed artefact, not a promise: you will hold each one in your inbox on the day listed.

And if the audit finds your client’s site is in worse shape than anyone expected? Good — that is the easiest pitch in the industry. The white-labelled findings become your business case, the backlog becomes the scope, and the reseller rate keeps the margin exactly where the calculator above said it would be.

Partner brief — 09The alternatives

In-house hire, freelancer, or a white label SEO agency in Dubai?

Every agency weighing this decision runs the same six comparisons. Here they are, honestly — including the rows where an in-house hire genuinely wins, so you can judge when it doesn’t.

One more row people forget until it is too late: knowledge transfer. A hire takes everything they learn about your clients when they leave. A freelancer takes it project by project. Our contracts run the other way — playbooks, audits and strategy docs are written in your name from day one, so the asset your agency builds stays your agency’s.

Fair caveat: a truly senior in-house team beats outsourcing at massive scale. Between one hire and ten, white label wins on cost, coverage and continuity.

Partner brief — 10Partner case — anonymized

Fourteen retained clients, one studio, zero SEO hires.

A nine-person web studio in Business Bay signed the NDA in 2022 after a client asked for SEO — politely, and for the third time. They started with two accounts on the Starter rate to test us, white-labelled audit first. Both clients renewed. Three referrals later the studio carried six accounts; today it carries fourteen.

They bill an average of AED 6,200 per client and pay our Scale rate on every one — about AED 38,400 a month in net margin for a service line that costs them a single Slack channel and one joint review call. Their clients believe they have an in-house SEO floor. Legally, contractually and practically, they do: it’s ours, wearing their badge.

Partner brief — 11bWhere it gets tested

The five moments white label actually gets tested.

The commercial case above is the easy half. What stops most agency owners signing is not the maths — it is the fear of looking like a reseller in front of a client they spent two years winning. These are the five moments that fear is about, and none of them is answered by a promise. Each one is answered by a term in the contract.

Your client asks a technical question on a call you are on alone

Goes wrong — You say “let me check with the team” and instantly sound like a middleman.

In our contract — Every deliverable ships with a one-page “what we did and why” brief written for you to speak from, not to forward. Partners get it before the client does, not after.

Rankings drop and the client emails at 9pm

Goes wrong — You wait until the provider’s office opens and the client watches you wait.

In our contract — A 24-hour partner response SLA, and anything we detect ourselves reaches you before the client notices it — with the cause and the fix already drafted in your voice.

The client asks to meet “the SEO person”

Goes wrong — The provider either refuses, or turns up with their own branding and blows the arrangement.

In our contract — We join as your head of SEO, under your brand, with your email if you want it. Or we stay out entirely. That is a per-client setting you choose, not a policy we impose.

You are pitching on Thursday and need technical slides

Goes wrong — Pre-sales support turns out to be billable, or slow, or both.

In our contract — Pitch support is included from the Scale tier and never billed as a separate line. We build the audit and the slides in your template; you present them as your own work, because contractually they are.

The relationship ends — yours with us, or your client’s with you

Goes wrong — Access sits in the provider’s accounts and the history is unrecoverable.

In our contract — Thirty days’ notice, no exit fee, and a handover of every access list, dashboard, strategy doc and in-progress file — all of it already in your name. An easy exit is why partners are willing to start.

Ask any white label SEO agency in Dubai to answer these five in writing before you sign. The ones that can will send you a clause for each; the ones that cannot will send you a testimonial. That difference is the whole due-diligence process.

Partner brief — 11Quality control

How we protect your reputation.

White label fails the moment your client can tell. So the quality bar is set by a simple test — would this deliverable survive your client forwarding it to a competitor agency for a second opinion? Three controls make sure it does.

They are not internal niceties, either. Ask on the intake call and we will walk you through the actual QA checklist a deliverable passes before it reaches your inbox — the same one a partner once photographed and pinned above their project managers’ desks.

QC-01

Senior review on every deliverable

A department head signs off each audit, sprint report and content batch against a per-deliverable checklist. Your name goes on it only after ours has been on it first.

QC-02

Plagiarism + AI-drift checks

Every content piece is scanned for duplication and edited by a human for AI drift — the flat, generic texture that gets pages ignored. Arabic passes through a native editor, not a translator.

QC-03

Google-compliant links only

Outreach and digital PR into real publications with real traffic. No PBNs, no link farms, no expired-domain tricks — your clients’ domains are never used as anyone’s experiment.

Partner brief — 12Partner questions

White label questions, answered straight.

The eight things agency owners ask before signing — answered the way we answer on the intake call, without hedging.

Do you ever contact my clients?

Never. It is written into every NDA and every SLA: no direct contact, no LinkedIn approaches, no convenient 'intro' emails. All communication runs through you, and we will even draft client-update copy in your voice if you want it. In eight years of white-label delivery across 214 client accounts, we have not lost one agency partner to poaching.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do, completely. The contract, the invoice and the reporting all carry your brand; we are a subcontractor your client never sees. If we ever part ways, the relationship, the logins and the reporting history stay with you. We hand over everything — access lists, strategy docs, in-progress work — within 30 days.

Can I join client calls?

Yes, and most partners do. Bring us onto calls as your head of SEO under your brand, keep us behind the scenes, or skip calls entirely — your choice per client. For pitches we will prepare the technical slides and sit in silently as your experts. You always control the room and the relationship.

What tools do you use?

The full stack sits on our side: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, GA4, Search Console plus our own google.ae rank-tracking setup. You buy zero licences. Deliverables reach you as branded PDFs, live Looker Studio dashboards or Sheets, so your clients only ever see your name on the work.

Is there a minimum number of clients?

No. Start with a single client on the Starter tier at AED 2,400 a month and scale when your pipeline says so. Rates step down automatically at 4 and 10 active accounts — no renegotiation, no annual commitment. If a client churns, you simply drop a tier the following month. We grow when you grow.

Is Arabic content included?

Yes. Native Arabic writers sit inside our 40+ strong team — not machine translation. That covers Gulf-dialect keyword research, Arabic on-page and Arabic content production wherever the strategy calls for it. On bilingual sites we handle hreflang and RTL technical SEO as standard, which is exactly where generalist providers slip.

How is confidentiality handled?

A mutual NDA comes before any data moves. Client names, numbers and verticals never appear in our marketing — case stories are anonymised or shared only with written permission. Data lives in access-controlled drives, every team member signs confidentiality clauses, and you can request full deletion of a client data-set within 30 days of ending a scope.

What are the exit terms?

Thirty days' written notice, no lock-in, no exit fees. We finish the current sprint, hand over every deliverable, dashboard and access list in your brand, and brief whoever takes over. Most partners stay for years — 92% annual retention across our book — but an easy exit is precisely why agencies trust us enough to start.

What is the difference between white label SEO and an SEO reseller?

They describe the same model. One agency delivers the search work, another sells it under its own brand, and the client sees only the seller. Half the market searches "white label SEO" and half searches "SEO reseller", so providers list both terms. If there is any difference in practice it is emphasis — reseller language foregrounds the pricing arrangement, white label the branding — but the contract, the delivery and the confidentiality are identical, and nobody should quote you differently for the two.

How much does white label SEO cost in Dubai?

Our reseller rates are AED 2,400 per client per month for one to three clients, AED 2,100 from four, and AED 1,800 from ten — stepping down automatically with no renegotiation. Partners typically bill their own clients AED 4,500–8,000 for the same scope, which is where the margin lives. VAT is excluded, there is no annual commitment, and if a client churns you simply drop a tier the following month.

What happens when my client asks a question I cannot answer?

That is the moment the arrangement is actually judged on, so it is handled by process rather than goodwill. Every deliverable ships with a one-page brief written for you to speak from — what we did, why, and what it should move — and it reaches you before the client sees the report. Anything we detect ourselves, including ranking drops, reaches you with the cause and a drafted response before your client notices. The partner response SLA is 24 hours.

Do you work with agencies outside the UAE?

Yes. Roughly a third of our partners are agencies elsewhere — the GCC, the UK and South Asia mostly — who have won a client selling into the UAE and need someone who can actually read google.ae. That is the usual reason: bilingual delivery, Gulf-dialect keyword research and RTL technical SEO are hard to buy outside this market. Time zones are handled by the same 24-hour SLA that covers local partners.
