The evidence room

SEO case studies from Dubai — the full numbers, including the dips

Ten engagement files, opened for you: baselines, quarterly data, keyword movement and — just like our internal QBRs — the things that didn’t work. Every number below is sourced from GA4 and Google Search Console and runs through 31 July 2026.

Methodology

How we count — before you ask

Case studies in this industry have a reputation problem: big arrows, small footnotes. Ours carry the definitions on the page, and every file ends with the same section our clients see — where it got hard.

Sessions & clicks

GA4 sessions and Search Console clicks, organic channel only. Brand and non-brand split by query pattern, never blended.

Leads

Counted at the CRM, not the form: an inquiry only enters the numbers once it passes the client’s own qualification screen.

Positions

Daily google.ae averages from Search Console — not third-party rank trackers sampling one desktop location.

Revenue influenced

Each file shows its full funnel maths — close rates and deal sizes agreed with the client — so you can argue with us.

Client names

Named where the client agreed to be named. One asked not to be, so that file carries a code instead — CS-06. Nothing else differs: same baselines, same dips, same sourcing.

What we can’t show

Client analytics exports are theirs, not ours to publish, so no third party has certified these figures. They are ours to stand behind — which is why every file also carries what went wrong.

Every engagement here began the same way: a 250-point audit, a day-one baseline, and a team that reports the misses with the wins.
